About the National Security Council Executive Committee (ExComm)

In establishing the ExComm by a memorandum on October 22, Kennedy designated himself as chairman and listed the group’s core members. They were:

This crucial unit will be used to assess your ability in taking a Paper 1 document-based exam and a Paper 2 essay exam that will include a counter claim and a historical school of thought. The P1 exam is scheduled for Thurs., Dec. 18 and the P2 exam is scheduled for Fri., Dec. 19.
