Period A and G: There is a quiz tomorrow. See below for study guide. (Period C had their quiz Thursday!) The quiz will be short answer and will be brief.
- Know at least TWO major decisions at the Tehran Conference.
- Have a general understanding about Stalin's concerns about Gr. Britain's and U.S. efforts during World War II.
- Know a few examples of how the U.S. and the U.S.S.R. emerged as superpowers following World War II.
- Be able to explain why Stalin's efforts toward Poland during World War II might have caused the Allies to distrust him later.
- Know which countries comprise the "Big Three." Who were the leaders at Yalta?
